TPratumnak Soi 4 has some outstanding dining options. From Cabbages and Condoms-an outdoor restaurant overlooking the beach with a bunny garden on the grounds (visit and see!) to everyday restaurants offering great value.
On the main road on the ground floor of Tara Court is O'Gara's Irish Pub. Enjoy a Guinness Draught or any number of traditional Irish dishes.
Just off Soi 6 is the Siam Royal Bar & Grill which is a modern fun restaurant serving both Thai and foreign cuisine. These are just some of many high quality Restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Go north and Pattaya Beach is a five minute drive, head south and Jomtien Beach is five minutes in that direction. Head down the hill and Cozy beach is literally less than two minutes away. Cozy beach offers significantly more privacy, no beach chairs, and very little in the way of beach vendors. Jomtien Beach is the largest of the three beaches stretching nearly 6 km. Jomtien has tons of dining options, water sports, and attracts more local Thai people and expats that live in and around Pattaya. On the other side of things Pattaya Beach is tourist central. There is great shopping, 24 hour entertainment, and plenty of vendors selling everything from dried squid, to home made jewelry.

Pratumnak is on the south side of Pattaya and is popular for its viewpoints and the temple (Wat Phra Yai) on top of the hill. Pattaya Park and Pattaya tower are at the south end of Pratumnak and the Pattaya Exhibition And Convention Hall, or P.E.A.C.H, is positioned at the north end of Pratumnak. In recent years Pratumnak has gained in popularity because of its more natural environment, nicer beaches, and its convenient location between Jomtien and Pattaya city.
